What does the DBD registration fee consist of?
The company registration fee under the Royal Decree on the Registration of Legal Entities consists of four main parts:
1. DBD registration fee
It's the main fee charged by the DBD, which depends on the amount of the share capital.
- Capital 0-100,000 baht: 500 baht
- Capital 100,001-500,000 baht: 750 baht
- Capital 500,001-1,000,000 baht: 1,000 baht
- Capital higher than 1,000,000 baht: Calculated by additional rate

Stamp duty according to the Royal Decree on Stamp Duty, determined by the value of the registered capital, at the rate of 0.5% for the record of incorporation and other documents
3. Fees and other charges
Including agent fees, contract fees (if attorneys are hired) and other related services.

The services of lawyers and agents will be charged at the rate of VAT 7%
