The formula used by this tool
Daily wage = salary ÷ number of days worked per month
Salary = daily wage x number of working days per month
Hourly wages = daily wages ÷ 8 hours
OT regular day = hourly wage × 1.5 × OT hour
Working on holidays = Hourly wage × 2 × Hours of working on holidays
OT Holidays = Hourly wage × 3 × OT Holiday Hours
Social Security M.33 = 5% of wages (base 1,650-17,500 baht maximum 875 baht)
Net income = salary + total OT costs - social security.
example
Employee salary 15,000 baht working 26 days/month with OT regular day 10 hours
Daily wages = 15,000 ÷ 26 = 576.92 baht
Hourly wages = 576.92 ÷ 8 = 72.12 baht
OT ordinary day = 72.12 × 1.5 × 10 = 1,081.80 baht
Total revenue = 15,000 + 1,081.80 = 16,081.80 baht
