The new amended Labour Protection Act gives female employees the right to take up to 120 days of maternity leave per pregnancy and employers pay the employees the same wage as they would have paid for working days, but not more than 60 days.
How many days of maternity leave does the employer pay?
Since the new law came into effect, employers can pay maternity leave pay at the regular rate for up to 60 days. This tool calculates from actual wages ÷ 30 × 60 days.

If you are a self-insured person Section 33 and your wage base is transferred to the ceiling, fill in 17,500 baht even if your actual salary is higher than that, because social security is calculated from the transfer base, not all of your actual salary.

Not a full salary of 120 days. The total is the maximum employer's pay of 60 days plus the social security allowance of 90 days on the basis of the wage you entered. Eligibility depends on the terms of the contribution and company policy.
